Five lead representatives request that Pentagon reevaluate National Guard vaccine

The legislative heads of five states sent a joint letter to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin requesting that he reevaluate the Covid-19 antibody command for National Guard individuals.

The letter from the legislative heads of Wyoming, Alaska, Iowa, Mississippi, and Nebraska says they recognize that the Pentagon can set “preparation principles” for the National Guard when enacted for government obligation.

“Be that as it may, mandates directing whether preparing in a Title 32 status (state obligation) can happen, setting discipline necessities for declining to be COVID-19 inoculated, and requiring partition from each state National Guard assuming unvaccinated are past your sacred and legal power,” says the letter dated Dec. 14.
