Florida Police said on Wednesday that the “search continues” for the disappearance of Brian Laundrie, the boyfriend of Gabby Petito, a person interested in his disappearance and death. Laundrie’s family reported her missing on September 17, less than a week after Petito’s family reported her missing. On Tuesday, , North Port Police said their “search for the Carlton and surrounding lands was over for the evening” and had produced “nothing of significance”.

Petito was reported missing by her parents in New York on September 11, 10 days after her boyfriend returned to Florida after an off-road trip west in the van the couple drove in but without Petito.
